Sample Reports

Appraisals can be viewed on line or opened and saved as a PDF. The PDF contains fuller information including.

  • Highlights areas with highest and lowest scores.
  • Responses by manager, peer, report, self (as long as there are sufficient numbers in each tier to prevent a person's responses being identified).
  • Averages by competency.
  • Spread of results shown overlaid on scores.
  • Competency spider graph summaries - by section and by manager, peer, report and overall average.
  • Ability to add comments for action post closure of appraisal.
