User Confidentiality
The value of the 360Now process is in the honesty and openness of participants. We are fanatical about confidentiality. Unless is has been made cleat to you, appraisal results are aggregated with at least one other User. The information completed by participants is encrypted and password protected.
Once Appraisals have been completed and returned, relevant parties are notified by email that the results are ready to access.
Users should note however that "free text" answers, where they can make specific comments rather than marking on a graded level scale, are used as written. In making any such comments Users should, therefore, take care not to answer in a way which identifies them.
Data Protection
Two Way Vision Limited (the company which runs 360Now) may want to send system Users correspondence via email relating to setting up, running, completing or reviewing Appraisal, the results of Appraisals which the User's employer have asked the User to complete. If any User wishes their name and e mail address to be deleted from the system or amended please click here. It should be noted that if you do this, your data may not be incorporated into the Appraisal, and we may be obliged do notify your employer that you have requested data to be removed. This could impact on the value of the Appraisal to those being appraised.
