A series of email prompts ensures that actions are not overlooked and each stage triggers the next. 360Now can be up and running for you in minutes and requires the minimum of intervention once operating.
Although default settings mean that clients can get started immediately, 360Now can easily be tailored to the client's specifications if required.
Set Up
- Clients have as a starting point of up to a dozen 360 degree appraisals to choose from with scaled answer and free text response questions.
- Appraisals can easily be tailored by the client on line with simple drag and drop 360 degree appraisal creation.
- Appraisals can also be copied and amended to give clients further choice.
- Competency based appraisals available.
Running
- Easy tracking of in progress appraisals.
- Ability to include or exclude approval of appraisers and results by HR or a user's manager.
- Highly flexible in progress functionality gives the ability to add or delete appraisers whilst appraisals are running.
- Periods for completion can also be varied by the client.
Results Review
- Easy to analyse results presentation.
- Highlights areas with highest and lowest scores.
- Responses by manager, peer, report, self (as long as there are sufficient numbers in each tier to prevent a person's responses being identified).
- Averages by competency.
- Spread of results shown overlaid on scores.
- Competency spider graph summaries – by section and by manager, peer, report and overall average.
- Ability to add comments for action post closure of appraisal.
