Management Team
Tim Martin LLB. MSc.
Managing Director and Founder
Tim started his career as a corporate and commercial lawyer with city based Lovells before practicing in the UK and Far East with Baker & McKenzie, the World's largest law firm. After a spell in corporate finance with Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Tim joined Flextech Television to head business development where he was responsible for evaluating and helping to develop new businesses and joint venture activities. After Flextech's merger with Telewest Communications, Tim became Director of Strategy for Telewest. In the past three years Tim has worked advising a number of early stage high growth companies on growth strategies and more recently has worked developing 360Now and TwoWayVision to help facilitate communications in businesses.
Giles Cory
Technical Director and Co-founder
Giles has a long term track record of successful web and database development and design in mission critical businesses, particularly in the areas of communications and high technology.
Kate McGuire
Associate
Kate has extensive experience in Human Resources, Internal Communications, Organisation Development and Executive Coaching. Her last role was Head of Organisation Development at the BBC.
Kate has led major organisation change projects across a wide variety of areas, including introducing new performance management systems, a company-wide culture change programme using Appreciative Inquiry techniques and principles, and the introduction of a 360 feedback process as part of a company-wide Leadership Development Programme.
Kate was responsible for the BBC-wide annual Staff Survey and its subsequent change initiatives, working with the Executive Board and divisional teams to implement changes in response to the survey results.
Kate is experienced in working with individuals, including senior executives, and teams at all levels.
Kate has an MBA and an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge Consulting Ltd, and is currently studying for a post-graduate Certificate in Coaching with the i-coach academy.

Kevin Kissane, LLB.
Kevin has extensive experience as a commercial lawyer in major multi national corporations. Now, Group Legal Adviser at Antisoma plc, he was formerly General Counsel, Amersham Health and Head of Corporate Legal Services, Amersham plc. Prior to this Kevin was a senior Solicitor with Lovells. Kevin was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1979. He is also a Corporate Fellow, Industry & Parliament Trust.
Pamela Blundell
Pamela is the founder and key driver behind Ichor Research & Consulting, a full service global qualitative research agency and strategic consultancy, set up in February 2002. Pamela has over 15 years global experience in qualitative research and planning including substantial experience as a hands on moderator across a wide range of businesses.
